This is a short policy because the site does very little with data. Last updated 12 September 2026.
Blue Peak Socials is a set of static pages. There are no accounts, no logins, no newsletter sign-up and no forms to fill in. We do not ask you for your name, your address or your payment details, because there is nothing here to buy.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which typically record an IP address, a timestamp, the page requested and the browser's user-agent string. These exist so the site can be kept running and secure. We may use aggregate, non-identifying traffic figures to see which categories people read.
The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. If we ever add a basic analytics tool, it will be one configured not to build a profile of individual visitors, and this page will be updated to say so before it goes live.
We do not sell, rent or trade any information about visitors. We do not share data with advertisers or data brokers. We do not build visitor profiles, and we do not run cross-site tracking.
Web fonts are loaded from a third-party font service, which will see a request from your browser as part of delivering them. Links out to hotel websites take you to properties with their own policies, and once you leave this site those policies apply instead of ours.
You can block cookies and scripts in your browser settings without breaking anything here, since nothing on the site depends on them. If you would like us to remove any log entry that relates to you, or want to know what we hold, write to editor@bluepeaksocials.com and we will act on it.
