What this address is for

• Questions about how the site is put together, what it covers and why.

What it is not for

We cannot take a booking, hold a room, change a reservation, confirm a rate or check availability, and we have no access to any hotel's system. Blue Peak Socials is not a travel agency, a booking platform or an agent of any property described on this site. Anything to do with an actual stay has to go to the hotel directly, or to whichever service you booked through.

We also cannot arrange group rates, media stays or site visits on a hotel's behalf.

Response times

This is a small editorial operation, so a reply may take a few days. Corrections are prioritised over everything else.
